The first step is to consider if a sale is the best option available and whether the business is ‘ready’ for sale. Once the decision has been made to sell the business, our role is to maximise the value for you.
The Snowball Way
We guide you through the whole process, from understanding the stakeholder’s goals and priorities, all the way through to completion. Our work includes producing a valuation of the business, preparing a detailed sales memorandum and targeting buyers. Our key priority is to maximise value for you. We work in the centre of the deal managing all parties and professionals.
Once the business is ‘sale ready’ we take the business through 3 core stages:
1: Preparation, Sales Memorandum & Identifying Buyers
2: Targeted marketing, obtaining offers and negotiations
3: Due Diligence and Closing the Deal
Fee Structure
Our costs to sell a business are split into two parts:
Part 1- a fixed price fee covering stage 1 as set out above. The fee is split over a 2 to 3 month period.
Part 2- a success fee is charged, which is a percentage of the final sales figure and paid only at completion.
