Raising Complex Finance
There are occasions where standard off-the-shelf funding products are not suitable for businesses with complex needs or pursuing a specific strategy.
For situations like these a more in-depth knowledge of the business and its strategy is required, with the use of an advisor who understands and can model complex funding situations, and has knowledge and access to a much wider funding market of debt and equity players.
The Snowball Way
We provide advice and recommendations on the appropriate Funding Strategy and then raise the finance required, whether this be debt and/or equity. We have over 30 years of experience in complex finance transactions and have raised and negotiated debt or equity for most situations in most property or trading sectors.
We have access to over 600 funders, and break down the work into three stages:
1: Understanding the requirements, the situation and the complex nature
2: Providing advice and solutions and producing funding proposals
3: Raising the Debt and/or Equity
Fee Structure
Our costs for raising complex finance are split into two parts:
Part 1 – A fixed price fee covering stages 1 and 2 as set out above. The fee is split over a 2 to 3 month period.
Part 2 – A success fee is charged, which is a percentage of the debt and/or equity raised for the deal and paid only at completion.
