We at Snowball Group are delighted to have just completed the complex eight-figure Management Buy Out of the North West headquartered Full Circle Events & Exhibitions & Psycho Peacock businesses.
Full Circle are an end-to-end event exhibition business with in-house graphics provided through its sister company Psycho Peacock. The group has established a significant position in the UK events industry and now serves some of the largest event organisers and venues across the UK and Europe.
Snowball Group acted as Corporate Finance Advisors for the management team and raised a combination of Senior Debt from Shawbrook and Private Equity from Panoramic Growth Equity to fund the transaction alongside investment from the management team.
Our role included:
– Undertaking the valuation of the two businesses and negotiating the deal price
– Proposing and agreeing the funding structure
– Producing the comprehensive Debt Funding Proposal
– Producing the comprehensive Equity Investment Memorandum
– Producing the detailed Financial Package and undertaking Financial Modelling
– Sourcing and negotiating the Senior Debt deal
– Sourcing and negotiating the Private Equity deal
– Working with all parties and advisors to a successful completion
