Financial Due Diligence is required in all corporate finance transactions.

For acquisitions it involves assessing the past, current and projected financials as well as assumptions and balance sheet aspects of the target business.

For MBOs and EOTs it involves the readiness of the business, the financial modelling and testing of assumptions.

The Snowball Way

We undertake a detailed financial assessment of all aspects of the business and the proposed transaction. We question all the assumptions as well as testing each of them. A risk assessment is undertaken on the business, the business model and the historic, current and projected financials. We have years of experience of assessing deals and transactions from a financial and commercial viewpoint, and break down the work into three stages:

1: Understanding the transaction and the reason for due diligence

2: Undertaking a full financial analysis, review and assessment of risks

3: Producing a detailed report setting out results and recommendations

Fee Structure

We can be flexible and charge either a Fixed Price Fee for our advice against an agreed scope of work, or if you prefer, a per hour fee for the work undertaken
