Many of the Snowball services require formal valuations that have been used for the sale of businesses, acquisitions, equity investment, for management buy outs, for strategy to assess different options, and in some cases purely for the general purpose of understanding where the valuation currently sits and ways it can be improved.
The Snowball Way
Our valuation service provides a comprehensive, independent, bespoke valuation that is specific to your business and circumstances. This incorporate the following steps:
1: Meeting to "see" your business, discussions centring round performance and the unique nature of the business
2: Establish adjusted numbers for the business
3: Benchmarking process to establish correct multiple range
4: Comprehensive report produced with the valuation and detailed commentary

Fee Structure
We charge fixed price fee incorporating all aspects of our work, meetings, travelling and the final report.
The fee is based on the turnover of the most recent 12-month period:
Turnover £0-£10m = £7k + VAT
Turnover £10m-£30m = £10k + VAT
Turnover £30m-£50m = £15k + VAT
A first payment of 50% of the fee is payable after an Engagement Letter is signed with the second 50% payable upon production of the report.
