Acquisition Finance
Acquisition Finance involves the use of external debt finance to support the purchase of another business or businesses.
It involves assessing the target business via due diligence, as well as assessing the position of what the combined entity would look and operate like. This is especially so from a financial point of view to assess and model how the debt finance will be repaid.
The Snowball Way
We guide you through the whole process, starting from analysis of the target and the feasibility of the acquisition, to financial modelling the opportunity and then to producing a funding proposal to raise the necessary finance. We work in the centre of the deal managing all parties and professionals.

2: Raising the Acquisition Finance

Fee Structure
Our costs for arrange finance for an acquisition are:
Part 1 – A fixed price fee covering stage 1 as set out above. The fee is split over a 2 to 3 month period.
Part 2 – A success fee is charged, which is a percentage of the debt raised for the deal and paid only at completion.
